TFG Beginners Fitness Boxing Course
This is a five week course, designed to introduce you to basic punches and kicks. Over the 5 weeks, Total Fitness will teach Basic Boxing (Kickboxing) techniques, improve Fitness with Cardiovascular training, also improve Flexibility, through stretching. Total Fitness will also include Body-weight training exercises.
The course will be in two parts:
Part 1 – Focuses on techniques and stretching with some Body Weight exercises.
Part 2 – Focuses on developing Boxing Combination techniques and Fitness Training along with more and varied Body weight exercises.
New course starting Monday 24.05.2021 at TFG, Holkkitie 6, 00880 Helsinki.
Duration: 5 weeks beginners course, two times per week, Mondays and Wednesdays 18:45-19:45.
Course Fee: 95€
